KIRAN KASHYAP

Kiran, a serial entrepreneur is a Founder, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

She has having a rich Experience of 12 Years in Real Estate for Marketing & Management.

Her mantra of “client first” drives the entire organization to deliver the best outcome to its clients. She is extremely focused and has the ability to see the large picture which helps him to provide unique results even under difficult situations. While continue to have a focus on clients’ satisfaction he strongly believes in family values and ethics to motivate its employees. She is a great leader who always leads from the front. She is a highly motivated, creative, proactive, and passionate individual who always looks for the growth of the company and its employees.

Kiran has done his graduation from the University of Delhi. She has also completed her Executive Programme in Leadership and Management from the Indian Institute of Management Delhi.



VIKRAM JANKI PRASAD

Janki Prasad is a Founder Director of the Company. He is responsible for strategy, growth and day to day operations of the Company. He has 26 years’ of rich experience in the field of operations, administration, facilities and security.

Janki Prasad started his career in 1998 as a Marketing Head in Pharmaceuticals Company. During his tenure of 9 years with That Company, he served the Team in various capacities across India and has been an Managing the team of over 1,000 Team Members where his key responsibilities were training the Team Members, keep them motivated, administration and management of the Unit.

Vikarm Janki Prasad has done his graduation from University of Kerala and Post-Graduation Diploma in Counseling Psychology Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. During his tenure he was instrumental in devising and implementing several new ideas which helped the company to improve its bottom line.

In 2010 he Changed his job by joining TCR group, one of the largest business houses in India as Manager – Facilities and Administration and later on got promoted to become Associate Vice President. During this tenure, he handled entire gamut of facilities and administration with focus on bottom-line growth, dealing with local regulatory and statutory agencies and independently managing multiple projects and operations with end to end responsibility involving land acquisition, real estate development, vendors’ management, negotiations, budgeting, tender, contract management, lease agreements, etc.

During the course of his employment he got rich experience in ensuring compliance with quality compliance standards such as ISO: 9001, 27000, 14001, 18001 & SSAE 16 Type 1, identifying loopholes and hindrances, devising strategies and processes to smoothen the administrative functions and identifying value adds to existing processes. During his tenure he was instrumental in devising and implementing several new ideas which helped the company to improve its bottom line.
